Tyler Hassen
Tyler Hassen serves as Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member of Zone Frontier Inc., where he leads the company’s efforts to build critical AI infrastructure. Additionally, he is the Founder of Stable Crest Holdings, a Houston-based investment firm. Previously, Mr. Hassen served as Acting Assistant Secretary for Policy, Management & Budget and Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Interior under Secretary Doug Burgum from January 2025 to November 2025. For nearly two decades, he held various leadership roles at Basin Holdings, a global diversified oilfield and industrial manufacturing and services company. Mr. Hassen holds an undergraduate degree from Princeton University.

Alex Spiro
Alex Spiro serves as Chairman of the Board of Zone Frontier Inc. He also serves as Chairman of Glassbridge Enterprises and as a strategic advisor to a number of pioneering companies. Mr. Spiro is a well-known litigator, notable investor and former prosecutor. Earlier in his career, he served as the coordinator of an autism children’s program at McLean Hospital, Harvard’s psychiatric hospital. Mr. Spiro is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where he has taught. He has lectured and written on a variety of subjects related to psychology and the law.
